These people have a guardian angel. Watch the couple pushing the baby stroller from the right. The red light runner was drunk.

There are a rather shittily large number of DUIs and red light runners in AZ.

The red light runner fled the scene and was followed by a witness. He noticed the guy following him, and attempted to stab him through his window. When the cops showed up they found a loaded gun and spent shell casings in his vehicle. Driver was a felon with open warrants. #westphoenix
And now you know, the rest of the story.

No one in Phoenix stops for red lights. I HATE going there. It’s just baffling to me.

Yup, that looks like Phoenix.
No one stopping for pedestrians, and assholes just blatantly running red lights.
I’m surprised only one person ran the red light.

What an oxygen thief.
It’s bottom dwellers like him that survive car crashes and don’t get shot by police.

Damn, I hate it for the driver of that Chev y Cruze, but holy shit were they in the right place at the right time.

Nothing really to add about the crash, I’m just jazzed to see Dikembe’s GEICO commercial again:

I showed this to my son this morning, and he said that the Dikembe ad was one of the greatest of all time. “Not today!” remains in our family lexicon.

GEICO’s ads have been pretty consistently good, unlike those of certain other insurance companies (lookin’ at you, Progressive) .
